This online group workshop covers de-escalation techniques in controlled environments like shops, reception areas, call-centres, interview rooms.
This foundation-level workshop was co-developed with the Government Health and Safety Lead and refreshed in 2024.

what you'll need:
A suitable computer
A desktop or laptop, with web cam and audio (microphone & speakers). A second monitor always useful.
All workshops are interactive and you'll be working with others throughout the day.
Zoom & internet
All workshops run on Zoom.
Join from a browser, or install the free app for better connectivity.
I keep things simple and engaging. You'll want good internet access.

Join alone from a calm and comfortable room.​ ​

If your workmates are coming too, please still join from separate spaces on separate devices. I'll set up virtual groups for us to learn together.
printed course resources?
Our course manual has 30 pages. It's an essential tool both during and after our workshop. Most people will need a printed copy.
I send pdf course resources 5 days before our workshop. E-copies may be enough for confident tech users who can load and annotate pdfs on a second computer or full-size tablet.
